Employment Opportunities
We encourage applications from all candidates. Some positions are not yet published and others may open up later. Applications will remain active for one year.
Interested in applying? Candidates should email or mail a letter of interest along with a completed application, current resume, and a list of references to: Richard Green, Head of School, at rgreen@stlukecolumbus.org.
The Interview Process
At St. Luke School, we carefully interview candidates who are seen as the most qualified for open positions. After a preliminary interview, candidates may be asked to return to meet with additional members of the administration and/or faculty to ensure a strong alignment with our mission and values.
We conduct thorough reference checks for final candidates and may reach out to other sources to verify relevant information. The Head of School makes the final decisions regarding employment and salary offers. Successful candidates are extended a written contract.
Salary and Benefits
St. Luke School offers a competitive salary and benefits package. Our benefits include group medical insurance, life insurance, and a pension/savings program. We also provide funds for professional development to support ongoing learning and growth.
